Erika Kramer is an award-winning filmmaker, producer, editor and creative director living in New York City. Her work has been described as “resonant and real.”

Kramer has worked for over a decade in video production. After studying film and sociology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, she jumped right into the perilous world of reality TV in LA, spending long days and nights crafting and editing story content for shows airing on CBS, Bravo, WeTV, A&E and the Discovery Channel.

She’s worked in nearly every area of the Entertainment industry: scripted television and feature films, short and long-form documentary film, reality TV, podcasting, and digital content.

In 2013, Kramer founded Sleeves Up Productions (SUP). As the CEO and Producer, Kramer has executed hundreds of videos, commercials and digital content for brands and organizations like Microsoft, Venmo, Zocdoc, Lambda Legal, The Opportunity Network, Female Founders Fund and many more.

Kramer is a member of the Producer’s Guild of America (PGA) as well as a TED X presenter and the winner of multiple film festival awards for her short films She’s Marrying Steve and Knock Me Down. She is also on the Board of Directors for the Tectonic Theater Project and National Queer Theater.

Kramer was born and raised in the Bay Area, but ditched the calm serenity to embrace the enchantment, chaos and discomfort of Manhattan. She lives with her beautiful wife, Susannah Schoolman, a professional baker and the founder and CEO of Tourlami, a plant-based ingredients company specializing in plant-based butter for professional use.
